Sligo PPN brings together community, voluntary, social inclusion and environmental groups across the county. The network helps these groups work with Sligo County Council and share information that shapes local decisions.
Like many community and voluntary organisations we work with, Sligo PPN needed a website that could keep pace with its members. The existing site was slow, clunky, and hard to navigate. People struggled to find resources, events, and funding information.
Sligo PPN approached Blossom to upgrade the site and maintain it going forward. The goal was simple. A faster site, clearer navigation, and tools that make community life easier to access.
Blossom Web Designs rebuilt the site from the ground up and added two tools that did not exist before.
We restructured the navigation so members reach resources, funding, and updates in fewer clicks. The site now loads quickly and works smoothly on mobile.
Members can search venues across the county by area, number of meeting rooms, and facilities. Filters cover all amenities and each venue has its own detailed listing page.
We introduced a county-wide calendar where the community can find and submit local events in one place.
We improved the interactive map so members and the public can see the network across Sligo at a glance.
